BAD Counsel - what to do ?

You have opened a can worms. But your bold and frank comments are appreciated by commoan people like us.

Most of the Good and honest advocates are indeed sufferring only because its difficult to find them. 

Justice is being bought and sold vehemently.

People are thus losing the faith in legal system.

We know the disadvantages of party in person cases. What are the advantages of Party in person ? Would be interesting to know. Is it possible that a good, honest advocate offer paid  help to a  person to fight his/her won case but remain in the background. . 

It is general practice to blame an advocate if thing go otherwise.
