Awaiting notice consumer court

What are the fats? What is the context?

I have submitted a complaint against reliance insurance company for fraud selling, also got a mail from there side that they admit there mistake, and after the case is field in consumer court, I always find the status as Awaiting notice 

Awaiting notice means the court has sent the summons to the defendant and is awaiting the information of the service of summons which in the technical terms is called the way what you have noticed in the ecourts website.

Have you copied your response from some other website, I want to know what I can take next if the case is on this stage for a longer period of time
