Average time for case registration at nclt new delhi

Hello,

I had submitted a petition under Section 241 of Companies Act 2013 at NCLT New Delhi branch. The case still has not been registered and it has been many months. What kind of average time can it take for case registration for such matters?

My Advocate is suggesting that a physical visit to the NCLT branch might be necessary. Status still shows "Under scrutiny" and no response to ticket raised on status.

Thanks

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns the unusually long wait time for case registration at NCLT New Delhi for a petition filed under Section 241 of the Companies Act 2013. The petitioner has been waiting for months with the status stuck on 'Under scrutiny' and has received no response to their queries. Other users suggest that an advocate should actively manage the diarying, defect curing, and numbering process with the registry, implying the current advocate might not be sufficiently proactive.

It's a matter of Opression and Mismanagment but taken too much time in your case for more clarification you may contact us then I'll elaborate properly.

Your advocate appears to be less than professional. It is the duty of the advocate to deal with the regstry in getting the petition diarised, curing the defects (if any) and getting it numbered and taken on board.
