Please give your legal advise :
I have registered an Education Society under State Govt. and managing an insitute with the name of (INSTITUTE OF LAW & MANAGEMENT) and offering 6 months & 1 year course through correspondance like other various institutes. Also I have not taken affiliation from any University / AICTE.
What is the validity of Dipoloma / Certificates issued by us or many other institutes ?
The Institutes have no affiliation from the University / AICTE for short terms courses called autonomous institutes.
National Institutes of Business Management, Chennai
Institute of Health Care Administration, Chennai
All India Institute of Management & Technology, Chennai
and so on....... are offering E-MBA and diplomas/certificates are called autonomous institutes or there are other norms to called autonomous.
Legal experts are required to give some lights on this issue.
