A registered cooperative society managing commitee has not done the audit for last 5 years for some reason but after 5 years the audit has been done for 5 years together.All the 10 members have accepted the audit report by attending the agm held after 5 years.The copy of the audit report is also submitted with the registrar of chs.My querry is can we take objection for this and what is the law for this.What is the punishment for this criminal/civil nature and who all are responsible for this.Whether a defaulter member who has not paid any society charges for seven years can file his objection with society registrar.What is the procedure to be followed.
