Dear all eminent lawyers,
This is pertaining to a co-operative housing court case.
The opposite party comes and creates a ruckus everytime and makes unreasonable demands like asking for a date after a year and so forth.
In co-operative housing court can we ask for audio and video recording of the proceedings? If yes, what is the procedure and the format.
What are the other remedies for this problem?
