Attested true copy

Dear Experts,

Is A True Copy Attested By A Notary Legally Valid Throughout The Country Or Is The Validity Restricted To The Jurisdiction Of The Court In Which The Attesting Notary Operates?

True copy attested by notary is legally valid through out India J a magar

To my opinion, Notary Punlic is appointed by the Central Government. His documents are acceptable throughout the India. But some officials for the genuineness of documents may ask for the documents which are verified by the Local Notary Public or operator. But if your filing documents in Court proceedings then you may use it throughout India but you have to prove its genuineness in that court.

The question raised is!!! with out a case brief!!! Retired Official can buy a book titled !!! Central Administrative Tribunal!!! and may kindly go through the procedure required to be followed,before preferring for a!!! legal route!!!...Regards...slakshmanrao3@gmail.com
