I am working as dy chief medical officer in a subsidairy of coal india ltd.
I want to know what should be the place of marking attendance for duty. the controling officer is forcing me to sign at a place which is 3 kms aywa from my place of posting. what legal step I can take or can take at all. If I continue to mark attendannce [ is the practice, where all other para medical staffs are marking their attendance ] it will not be taken counted as per the controling officer's official instruction.....please let me have a legal advice...
