Attempt to murder

can we file FIR online for attempting to murder?

how do aggrieved person move to court for attempting to murudercase? and

what documents to be attached.

veterans please guide.

Quick Summary
This discussion explores how to file an FIR for attempted murder, particularly in a complex family conspiracy involving financial motives. It addresses whether to approach the police, a court, or a human rights commission. The consensus suggests reporting to the police or an Executive Magistrate is the appropriate first step to ensure the aggrieved party's safety and initiate legal proceedings.

What are the facts? What is the context?

aggieved party in a joint family wh accomodated in dark with no ventilation in the room; not giving food; not allowing to quit from home. the motive of the murder is to draw the insurance for about 2 crore and investment in the name of the aggrieved party..

it is very clear, that there is a conspiracy to extort money by the joint family members and father of the aggrieved party (to whom the policy is nominated).

the aggrieved party is home sick and sentimentall weeken, lost hope, motivation, physically and mentally at discomft and narrowing himself  towards death.

how to go with this case.. a) should we file police complaint or b) file a case in the court or c) should approach human rights  commission.I understand it is a criminal offence, and the immediate need is to rescue from the family and save.

The posting contains more of subjective opinions than facts. Anyhow, the appropriate remedy is in approaching the Exective Magistrate or the Police.
