Attachment of salary

Mr. Dipu Madhavan. Under Or 38 rule 5 C.P.C inovkes where the respondent/ defendant is trying to alinate the property to to defraud the just credotors and no property stands in his name remine and any decree passed it would be meare papaer decree in  such cases the property can attached before judgement. Where as in case of salary is not attacheble before judgment. See SEc 60 C.P.C. As per SEc C.P.C  the salary can attachable after decree.
