Can court attach Mother in Laws property in Maritial disputes/Dowry Cases

In my opinion it cannot be.

no...........the court wont attach the MIL property, attachment is done only in cases where there is default in paymnet of maintainence amount, or if the husband looses his job and not able to pay maintainence. not otherwise
that too only the husbands property is attached. no one elses.
