Dear Sir/Madam,
'X' person solds us a open plot which is having dispute case in court. We have filed a 420 case against seller i.e. Mr. X in local polication and no action is taking due to influence.
Can we do the attachment of Mr. X property (Agricultural Land) and please let me know the procedure?

Caveat Emptor, Attaching X property in this regards is not advisable and chances of getting through is slim.
