Attached property of Temple

if there is a deity in a temple and a particular land is attached to the temple does it automatically becomes the property of the deity?

Quick Summary
This discussion delves into the complex question of whether land attached to a temple automatically belongs to the deity. It highlights that ownership depends on various factors, including whether the property is held in trust, its relationship to adjacent private land, and the specific circumstances of the temple's establishment. Ultimately, determining ownership requires a case-by-case evaluation based on the facts.
