Hi Team,
In couple of incidents happened at my village I have noticed that SC/ST community people filling an ATROCITY CASE against upper class people irrespective of any issue and the local police encouraging it. Please not in any of these cases there is no fault at the upper class people. In most of the cases it was just to threat the upper class people using Local SC/ST union and in some case to recover some money.
1. What is the alternate way to overcome from this when such case filed?
2. how to prove that such cases are not Genuine?
Please help me here.....
