Atr report not filed by concerned police station in 156(3)

Dear all, 

We filed 156(3) following all procedure for getting FIR registered in Nov 2023 to concerned court and court issued notice to police station for Action taken report but date after date (2 date till now) have been done but concerned police station is not filling ATR nor taking any action. What should we do as this amounts to contempt, but is there any things more which we can do for getting it on expedite.
