Assistance on filling Divorce

Hello All I want to file divorce, because my wife left the house with a words that " she is left the house forever". So i consult a lawyer. Who told me that, if u file divorce under section 13(a),so at the time of summonings you have to submit a DD of approx 11000/- in the name of your wife as court rule. It that a rule.
