Asset agreement

Dear Sir,

I have 50 dealers whom we have provided company board and other branding materials. We want to sign an agerement sothat our material are safe with them. We will not pay any rent to them. Once they stop selling our products we will take back our items.

Can you suggest what type of agrement is must be pls
