Assam money lenders act 1934

An Act to provide for more effectual control of money-lending in Assam. 

It extends to the whole of Assam including Arbain Act II the territories mentioned in section 14 of the 1916, Assam General Clauses Act, 1915. 

It shall come into force on such date as the Local Government may by notification direct.
