Article 395 and Fundamental rules and Subsidiary Rules

Dear All,

With the passing of Indian Constitution by Article 395 of the Constitution of India the Government of India Act of 1935 was repealed. However the Fundamental Rules and Subsidiary Rules enacted under section 241 of the Government of India Act, of 1935 are still in vouge. Does the said Fundamental Rules and Subsidiary Rules have any legal existence even after repealling by Article 395 of the Constitution? Can the same Rules override any provisions of the present Constitution?
