article 32

Case- The HC orders a narco analysis test on the accused, on which the accused files a petition in the supreme court for  fear of violation of his fundamental rights under art 20(3) Right against self incrimination and Article 21 of the constitution.

which writ petition should he file against the HC orders? Is it possible to apply for more than one writ petition at the same time?

yes it is possible to file more than one writ petition at a time. you may take both 20(3) & 21. generally narco analysis test is optional, and court do not force on it. but if a person try to avoid the test, the court assume that the charge is correct, that's why, the accused avoid the test.he may file under art.32,21 & 20(3) of the constitution of india. mr assumi is right.
