Article 300A is as follows: "300A. Persons not to be deprived of property save by authority of law: No
person shall be deprived of his property save by authority of law."
what does " his property" means here?
Is it a persons property established under law?

forfeiture of property :- The law must extend not only to the property of the holder but also to his relatives and once it is proved that holder of such after has indulged is currept act ,all such property should be attached here with. Delhi Devolopment authority Vs skipper construction co.pvt.ltd AIR 1996 SC 2005.
