Article 22 and Detention laws

 

The grounds of detention has to be furnished to the detenue within five days from the date of detention and any such violation must ensure to the benefit of detenue as the detention laws are strictly followed as held by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in 1995 part 4 section Page No. 51, 2006(4) AIR Kar R. 290, 1990(1) Scc 328, AIR 1987 SC. 725.
