Article 137 :- Subject to ther provisions of any law made by the Parliament or any Rules made under Article 145, the Supreme Court shall have power to review any Judgment pronopunced or Order made by it.In view of Article 137 of the Constitution and the specefic provisions in the Supreme Court Rules under Order XL Rule 5, Curative petition after review appears to be extra lagalistic approach of the Supreme Court and violative of the Constitutional provisions and the Supreme Court Rules.
