arrest of a public servant

can any public servant be arrested without informing his or her employer beforehand ? and if they are then can the be put behind bars without informing the employer .

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the rules surrounding the arrest of public servants. Generally, an employer does not need to be informed beforehand if a public servant commits a crime where immediate arrest is necessary. Furthermore, if the crime was committed in an official capacity, prior sanction to prosecute is not required from the government.

only sanction of prosecution is needed if the cirme is committed in opfficial capacity

no other permission is necessary.

better state facts rather than setting question paper.
