Arrest after failed mediation in uttar pradesh

The court mediation has failed and now the case is approaching towards trial. How the matter would be taken up by the police and court? Can arrest happen in between. We got bail from session court which was applicable till mediation.

Let me know the process from now on.

you need to get regular bail from the court.

The mediation has failed.. we had bails for all the family memebrs till mediation only. Now the lawyers are waiting for the chargesheet to be produced in the court. Or we have to go against FIR only.
