Arrest

Can a person arrested for land grabbing only with a fir..?

has the police should collect all the supporting proofs that the accused involved in the land grabbing or not necessary..? 

What can be done the accused and arrested person is an innocent...?

Accused can be arrested since it is cognisable offence and it is bailable offence, under section 447 of IPC for criminal tresspass.

The accused can be arrested by a FIR under the TN anti Land grabbing Act.  Whether the police can arrest or not is the question, it depends on how their palms are greased, accordingly the police will violate all legal norms on the issues before them.  Under such situations, it is better to obtain AB, so that the innocence can be proved at the time of trial.
