Arguments in crpc

Basic meaning of Arguments in CRPC?

both prosecution and defence will involve? if not who will do the first or supposed to do the argument first?

Once arguments done any scope of filing 311 crpc

The prosecution have to commence,then the defence have to counter it. The petition u/s 311 of CrPc is call any person to give evidence for proper adjudication of the case.The same can be done by either side or even by the court on its own and such witnesses can be cross examination by the other side. Allowing such application depends on the merit of the same.

Section 311 Cr.P.C pertains to power of the court to summon material witness, or examine person present at any stage of any inquiry, trial or other proceeding.The court will not accept filing 311 petition once arguments done.
