I am trying to challenge an Arbitration Award to prove it a nullity...
First of all everything was done ex-parte....
Main question is : Is it compulsory that arbitration award should be registered?????
An award made on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/500 & value of award Rs. 8 lakhs......Can such awards be filed in executing court without registering the award......
