Arbitration act

A scooty buyed with a bank loan, a 3month payment was due. The bank seized the vehicle and tenderd without informing us. And the bank send notices of advocates from chennai and high court of kerala before finalising the case and they ask to final payment. What we do legally? If you got notice from Arbitrator then you can file an Appeal Case in District Court u/sec.34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act.. On the other hand if the lending Bank filed any money Suit then you should appear in the suit by filing Written Objection.
