time limit to challenge the arbitration award is three months it can be extended for one month if you show cause for delay

No suit lies against the judgement passed by arbitrator under Arbitration Act-1996. Section-34 provides the ground on which order of arbitration can be challenged. The limitation is three moths extendable for another one month.

Petition u/s.34 is not an appeal but against order on petition u/s.34 arbitration Act is appealable under section 37 arbitration act.
