Approach road to agriculture land from gramakantam

Dear sir,

We have an Agricultural in land ( My Morher and Peddamma) of 8 acres in our Village.

There is a Grama kantam land of widdth 50Ft and length 80 Ft adjecent to our Jirayat Agriland , this Gramakantam is in between our Agriland and R&B road

We are enjoying and using grama kantam Land as a way to our Agriland from last 60 years as I know

Now a day due to political issues in our villagers are trying to occupy this Gramakantam land which is 50 ft * 80ft claming that they use to stay in that place 30 years ago.

The whole idea is to grab the Grama Kantam is to block the ways to our Land from R&B road .

Kindly advise shall we get easement for this Gramakantam land to access main road

If we can get easement ,who will issue hi easement.

Facts posted lack clarity. On the one hand you are stating that you had been using the access for pasy thirty years, but at the same time it is stated that you could not use the said access for past thirty years because of the occupation by the villagers. If so, what is the issue now?
