The Supreme Court has held that the rights of religious or linguistic aided minority institutions in the administration of the institutions were absolute and, the State could not compel them to implement its reservation policy.

This is a single bench order could we appel for double bench. Reason being that if linguistic minority should also have lots of caste in their linguistic the people should get reservaton under their oun mother toung if they didnot get at their place itself then how could they competet in other govt jobs. however they should follow the caste roaster except their languge. Other subject should be follow the roaster system which are general to all.
