Mr. dishaben d. shah

ofcource u can change your councel simply appoint the new one by signing on his vakalatnama & then bring NOC from the older one councel & if he doesnt do so ask ur new councle to place an application before Hon'ble Court. this will solve ur prob.

It is your right to change your Advocate. Only thing that you must get the no objection from the previous advocate on the new Advocate's vakalathnama. If he is not willing to give you the no objection please send a registered letter with acknowledgement due and produce it before the court .
