Dear Seniors,
Quick question:
In criminal case, If an affected patry/ Accused delaying a councel appointmet due to some reason or it may be a financial situation, in this case Judge written a letter to District Legal Service Authority to point a government pleader.
Now is this DLSA will send a notice to accused and discuss his situation to give govt pleader and will get a vakalatnama
OR
they will directly appoint a govt pleader in coming given date ?
Pls clarify.
