what is the difference between rejoinder and replication?

The word it self give its meaning.

Rejoinder means the party has been joined to case again.

Reapplication means making application again.

Rejoinder: If the plaintiff wishes to reply to the written statement then he/she may file a rejoinder affidavit to the written statement. A rejoinder affidavit is reply to the reply of the defendant.

 

Replication is occasioned by the defendant's introducing new matter into his plea or answer, which makes it necessary for the plaintiff to put in issue some additional fact on his part in avoidance of such new matter
