I am a citizen of Haryana and I had filed criminal complaint against some individuals in UP which is pending investigation. They were influential locals and i was being presuurised by the Police to settle the matter against which i have filed complaints with senior officials.
That recently i have received summons from a Local Court (Civil Judge) that a case has been filed aganst me and that i should appear.
I have serious apprehension that filing of this case is a tactic to make me reach UP where i could be assaulted or worse.
Apart from filing a writ in HC, can i reach the court and file an application for Transit Police Protection??
