Application sec 205 crpc petition:urgent

Thanks in advance to All LCI members,

I want to file "application Sec 205 CrPC Petition"  to get exemption under 498a for my parents(age: 58 years).I want to know :-

1.Is there any particular time to file ?

2.Or can file on any date in same court of 498a. ?

3.Or to fil eonly on same date of 498a case. ?

Kindly provide me sufficient law for support.My lawyer told to file only on same date of case only. pls guide me accordingly.
