Applicability of talaq-e-hasan

Can Talaq-e-Hasan be pronounced irrevocably even if wife is willing to reconcile. Moreover can Talaq-e-Hasan be initiated during the pendency of cases in court. Is this contempt of court?

It is revocable and the husband has to wait for three months.

It is revocable within three months period and not beyond that.

When it was pronounced?

Has the wife informed of her willigness to reconcile?

What are the cases pending in the Court?

Yes, wife has informed her willingess, RCR, Divorce, DVC (filed by husband's parents), 498A, MC, DVC filed by wife.

The reason for Talaq-e-Hasan he is mentioning is wife has not joined back, hence he is pronouncing. Despite, of multiple notices served to him to take wife he has sent Talaq-E-Hasan with 6000 rs as maintainance during the iddat period. Till now he has pronounced twice during the pendency of cases stating that this is independent of court.

Husband cannot unilaterally fix the maintenance during the Iddat period, and may be challenged in court by the wife.

Wife is receiving notices from Government Khazi on one sided inquiry on the same for Talaq-e-Hasan while cases are ongoing in the court. Should she go to Khazi?

Is the Divorce filed by the husband is still pending? If the wife wanted to reconcile why did she counter attack through a plethora of cases?

The divorce filed by the husband is still pending. She filed because husband on one hand filed for RCR and wants her to stay with parents quitting her job and on the other her in-laws filed DVC on husband, her, and her parents. After 10 months of them filing the cases she filed and her husband was listening to his parents. SHe was guided by her previous lawyer to file the case. she has undergone surgery post that she has filed MC. At multiple instances she even said that she doesnt want to get seperated rather she wants her husband to treat her respectfully and take her back. Meanwhile, husband has started pronouncing Talaq-e-Hasan till date he has prnounced twice.

@ Haniya,

The husband file RCR, wants to stay with wife and parents leaving her job, which she has agreed (doesn't want to get separated, wants to be treated respectfully taken back) etc. etc., even than:

She has
