Sir,
I am working in Head office of a Construction Company which is Propritership Firm . Our total strength is 350 employees but only 14 employees are working at our Head Office rest employees are working at different sites.
Can any one explain which Act is applicable here for our Head Office (Factory Act or Shop & Establishment Act.) .

If all your employees are on payroll of the company than your employer comes in Shops and Estblishment Act
Member Strength 9,47,770 and growing..
