Appeal period for divorce

Can any of the experts help me understand what is the appeal period once divorce is granted?.Is it the date of judgement or the date when we recieve the final copy.

Court granted me divorce (City civil court/Family, Hyd) on October 2015.

Also, wht is the chance that once the girl files appeal will stay?

Sir,

Period of appeal is 90 days from the date of decision. Period in takinfg certified copies are generally exempted.

so if the girl appeals in High court, would the honble court first grant a stay order, or the next steps would be only arguments based on the lowecourt judgement
