Appeal period for district court

Respected Lawyers, My wife has got divorce in lower court - civil senior division and I want to challenge this order in its upper court - district court. I would like to know what is duration for appeal in district court for divorce cases. Generally for appealling in high court it is 3 months from date of order but what is period in district court? Is it 1 month or 3 months?
