Appeal on 498a appeal

Dear Members

Recently we got acquitall on 498A from 1st class magistrate court in August 2012. Recently they went for appeal on this from a fast track court in the same small town in the same court campus.

Are they supposed to go for a disctrict court for appeal or fast track court in the small town allowed.

Can we go for appeal directly to a higher court instead of replying to that fast track court.

The reason why we are hesitating to go to that fast tract court, is we came to know some misdeeds happening in that fast track court.

The court of first appeal cannot be bypassed. If the alleged misdeeds are happening in the District Court and you are denied a fair hearing by the appellate court, bring the same to the notice of the District Judge and the Chief Justice of the concerned High Court.

The court of first appeal cannot be bypassed. If the alleged misdeeds  are taking place in the appellate court and consequentially you are denied a fair hearing in the course of the appeal, bring the same to the notice of the District Judge or the Chief Justice of the jurisdictional High Court.
