That depends upon the advocate you engage.

Will appealant pay expenses for both parties?

No.  Opposite party  will pay its own expenses and if not in a position to do so, if eligible, can take legal aid assistance.

What is the time fram for deciding appeal in child custody matter?

That depends upon the backlog of that particular court and in some cases, if situation demands, it can be disposed off immediately after filing the counter.

Is any specific conditions required for appeal of we can challange session order in high court?

There should be merit in appeal or in other words there should be error in the impugned order.

I am agree with Ad Chandu,expenses of the high court for appealing depends upon Lawyer's reputation. Case will be decided hearing both parties , 

my wife win child custody case can i chalange this in high court, if it will take in appeal deciding near abount 1 year or more than my child will be out of tender age that is 5 year. currently my child age is 4 year.
