appeal against arbitrary award

sir can an appeal be filed to the district court /judge u/s 34 of the arbitration and concliation act..
or has the district court has power to hear the appeal ?
plz guide .as soon as possible.

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies that an appeal against an arbitration award can indeed be filed with the District Court. Specifically, Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, grants the District Judge the power to hear such appeals. The consensus is that filing an appeal in the concerned District Court is the correct procedure.
