Hi, I am a foreign national (indian origin) and would like to issue Vakalath to an advocate for court proceedings in India. I contacted Indian Embassy for notarizing and they said that they cannot legalize Vakalath because am a foreign national. If I do Apostle Legalisation of Vakalath, can it be accepted by Indian Courts ? Thanks, Fiona
