Can an apartment complex (130 houses) be run without an association just by a group of volunteers and not having the post of president, secretary etc..?
If we form an association, is it mandatory to register the same?
What are the advantages if we register the same?
What are the disadvantages if we do not register the same?

You have not stated which state it belongs any how , all most all states have passed Apartment Act, under Act, Apartment owners Associations must be registered.

This apartment is based in Bangalore. Should the association be registered. Can a group of poeple come together and run the show without registration?
