Apartment deed doubts plz

Pune 9 Flats apartment

only apartment deed done no socioty

chairman not giving mainatence recipts or flat noc

1) what rights flat owner have over socity?

2) where can I complain?

I dont to socity of registrars they said out of jurisidicatin

Go to ur local law year. There r lot of dispute.

Your condominium ought to have been registered under Maharashtra Ownership Apartments Act, 1970 by executing THE DECLARATION AND DEED OF APARTMENTS incorporating all details of the land building structure and construction etc.

However in view of the RERA certain changes are envisaged and there is an ongoing matter in the High Court too to determine whether the landowner is a co-promotor or not so wait for sometime.
