Ap land ceiling act

sir, as per ap land ceiling act max aggriculture land owned by a person not exceed 54 acers(dry land)

my doubt is:- if i purchased 50 acers of agg.land and appy for conversion to non-agg.land then during the pending of the application can i purchase another 50 acers of agg.land

There is no ceiling limit to buy converted lands, you can buy as much as you want, but before converting dont register the property in your name,   You can convert the same in the name of your vendor's name.

You have repeated this query many times in this forum as well as in the experts section too.  Are you not satisfied with the replies given in your original thread?, well you have been advised that during the pendency of conversion of the previous property, purchase of new agriculture property to the extent beyond permissible limit is not allowed and illegal, this answer you have it in your query itself, understand.
