If upon the face of the plaint, or on examining the plaintiff, Respondent finds that plaint is a vexatious or frivolous or barred by limitation or discloses no cause of action, then Respondent
can file application to the court to dismiss the plaint under Order 37 Rule 1 & 2 R/w Sec 151 CPC
