Sir,
I am from jaipur, Rajasthan and i have one confusion about sale deed or Registry ?
If i buy a plot directly from JDA(jaipur development authority, state govt. body) through JDA housing schemes, then what will have to be registered from the registrar's office and if it has to be registered, will only the lease deed(patta) be registered or will the sale deed (registry) also be made along with it. i am confused only in sale deed concept. Pls guide

If you have been allotted or purchasing freehold plot from JDA it is only Conveyance Deed executed by JDA is required to be registered with concerned Sub-Registrar..

You are required to clarify as to whether you have purchased the plot or the plot is on lease as queried by expert Mr. P Venu ?

I purchased freehold plot from JDA through home loan by bank.

In that situation JDA shall execute a Conveyance Deed which is required to be registered with Sub-Registrar.
